Our Windsor site was lit up last Friday evening as the team worked through ten hours to complete The Raleigh’s raft slab, covering a total of 3750m3. Using 536 concrete trucks and six concrete pumps, our builders Maxcon Constructions Pty Ltd have delivered an impressive result and we look forward to continued success as we progress with this build.   With construction on the interconnected 15-storey double tower completing in June 2026, The Raleigh will host 348 studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and offer a wealth of sophisticated amenity for residents, from a rooftop pool and basketball court to a cinema room and dog park.    Thanks to Relive It for capturing the action - stay tuned for more updates. The skyline of Chatswood is about to change with construction now officially underway for The Bryson, our 27-storey luxury high rise in Sydney’s Lower North Shore.    Ultra Building Co has been appointed to build the striking residential and mixed-use building that will play a leading role in meeting growing demand for premium apartments, retail and office space in Chatswood. We are proud to be partnering with such a high-calibre builder, and one with a 4-star iCIRT accreditation, to bring our vision for The Bryson to fruition.   The Bryson will incorporate a mix of 1, 2, 3-bedroom and full 360-degree penthouse apartments that prioritise breathtaking views and spacious open plan living spaces through operable glazing and generous outdoor terraces, maximising natural light and connection to nature.   Integrating into the vibrant public realm of Chatswood is a ground floor retail offering that acts as a threshold between the neighbourhood and the private residences above. Strata office suites will be located on level 2 and 3. Construction is forecast to be completed by Q4 2026. The crane is up and construction is well underway for The Raleigh, our first Build to Rent project on the corner of Raleigh Street and Punt Road in the heart of Windsor.    We’re thrilled to share that excavation, retention and in-ground services are now complete, with commencement of the structure now underway. We’ll soon see completion of the raft slab, an exciting milestone given the footprint of the project.    We look forward to sharing more updates as we continue to make progress with this landmark development. 2024 has been a year of steady growth for Goldfields. We are proud to announce that our first Build to Rent project, The Raleigh, has officially commenced with construction now well underway.    Nestled between the vibrant precincts of Windsor, Prahran, and St Kilda on the corner of Raleigh Street and Punt Road, the interconnected 15-storey double tower will host 348 studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and offer a wealth of sophisticated amenity for residents.   Financial settlement and continuation of the project’s construction marks a significant milestone for Goldfields, as owner and developer, and represents a new growth phase for the business as we forge ahead with adding BTR to our growing project pipeline.    As our Managing Director Marco Gattino notes, it takes faith and technical capability from like-minded organisations to seek out and partner with, on these complex projects. With our extensive development experience and strong partnerships with major funding partner Merricks Capital and builders Maxcon Constructions Pty Ltd, we look forward to a rewarding outcome for this exciting build.    With basement excavation complete and construction progressing well, The Raleigh will soon come out of the ground with completion earmarked for Q2, 2026.
