GuidEd Executive Coaching, offers short and long-term coaching specialising within the Australian Education context. State Program Manager for a not-for-profit working within Tertiary Education and Employment. Formal mentoring and executive coaching of AFL Listed Football Players. Having engaged in a number of complex school leadership roles early in his career, Phil credits executive coaching as a transformational experience which helped improve his own work-life imbalance, strengthen his leadership capacity and ultimately become a better person.
