Last week, Briohny Evans had the pleasure of representing Hilton Sydney at Hilton's South-East Asia Showcase. Connecting with key industry partners in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok this was a fantastic opportunity to showcase Hilton Sydney on the global stage.

Last night, Hilton Sydney partnered with Encore Technologies to host our annual Event Showcase, and it did not disappoint! ✨ Our team was joined by over 200 valued clients and media, along with sponsors Chandeliers To Die For, Harry the hirer, Flowers On Norton St and Simply Seated. The evening was a true feast for the senses as we ushered in a new era of event, audiovisual and culinary innovation. Guests were treated to an exhilarating event experience, from a jaw-dropping live sashimi cutting ceremony to premium caviar and Champagne demonstrations by Calendar and incredible live performances by Larger than Lions, Bermuda Social and Celeste's Strings. Last week, Hilton Sydney hosted a #TravelWithPurpose production line for St Vincent de Paul Society NSW's Night Patrol Service. The service, which runs 365 days a year, delivers food, drink, essential items and, most importantly, companionship to individuals experiencing homelessness across Sydney. Thank you to our incredible Team Members who generously volunteered their time. Together, we were able to donate more than 230 sandwiches in under three hours for a fantastic cause. #HiltonSydney
