    The Gold Coast unit market has seen substantial growth throughout the last month - May 2024, with a 1.8% increase following 1.1% growth in both March and April, outperforming Sydney and Melbourne. The median unit value rose to $784,000, up from $727,000 at the start of the year. New apartment prices also surged, with the average price for new units reaching $1.73 million in the March quarter. @urban.com.au In Urban's recent article, Emerson, Kirra is recognised as a key contributor to this growth in the Gold Coast market: ‘City Beat June 2024: Gold Coast unit market enjoys best month in 2024.’
