New social housing in Greater Geelong! 🏡🌿 We partnered with Common Equity Housing Limited to deliver 6 new homes earlier this year. These homes are managed by the Larrakeyah Common Equity Rental Housing Co-operative, who managed to get renters into the homes within 3 days of getting the keys! Abigail moved into her home with her partner and two daughters and described it as “the best feeling ever." Working in partnership with community housing organisations like Common Equity Housing Limited (CEHL) is an important part of how we deliver more and better homes for Victorians.
