    You can't write a book using only one letter. Well I guess unless it's a book about sleep and it was just zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Assuming you're not writing the worlds shortest and possibly more boring book on sleep, you're going to need to get those other letters to come out and play. We do have a whole alphabet for a reason after all. With all the letters working together, the only limit is your imagination. One letter is limited and boring, using the alphabet gives you a world of possibilities and the same is true of work teams. Trying to create a high performing team by copying one high performing worker is giving limited and boring.
