The team International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney) is pleased to share that Adam Mather-Brown has been appointed to the role of Chief Executive Officer.    An accomplished venue professional, Adam Mather-Brown was instrumental to the design, establishment and successful operations of ICC Sydney over the last decade and is committed to steering the venue into the future following the successful delivery of more than 3,600 events during ICC Sydney’s first seven years of operation.     We are equally delighted to share that Beverley Parker has been appointed to the role of Deputy Chief Executive Officer, in addition to her current position as the venue’s Director of Business Development. Amid the extraordinary SXSW Sydney, we were excited to convene tech and innovation talent at our 'Innovating Events Roundtable' to supercharge connections between emerging talent and event organisers.   Our session was buzzing with insights from our forward-thinking partners, including Sydney Startup Hub, UTS Startups, and Investment NSW's Tech Central and Tech Council of Australia. Together with our business events clients representing professional services, education and computing sectors, Startup CEOs, and BESydney, we explored how our Legacy Program can foster trusted partnerships, drive successful activations, and spark exciting new startup concepts that empower emerging talent through events.   The event also provided an opportunity for University of Technology Sydney (UTS) Robotics Institute students to observe, network and demonstrate their skills through their robot, 'Pepper' - a partnership project with International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney) Sydney to enhance customer service support.
