Our research into Gender Diversity in the Australian IT Market revealed that with the introduction of flexible working conditions, hybrid and remote working models have given women greater opportunities to achieve work/life balance - and participate in full-time work. In the 2024 BCEC WGEA Gender Equity Insights report, released today, WGEA CEO Mary Wooldridge states "enabling more management roles to be undertaken part-time or flexibly would increase the talent pool available to employers and help reduce the gender pay gap." https://lnkd.in/gkV_iDAs
