Platypus uses a unique combination of advanced imaging techniques combined with deep learning technology to permit inspection and grading of any grain or cereal to the most stringent standards. Platypus can augment or replace human inspectors, thus removing the instability inherent in human inspections systems. In addition, Platypus provides for the integration of emerging technologies to perform inspection processes which are not possible for a human to perform.
