In last year's State of Workplace Burnout study, we found that not only do women experience higher levels of burnout than men, but the gap is growing. This year, we are looking into what might be happening in the workplace that is creating additional stressors for women. We want to move the conversation beyond 'caring responsibilities' as that puts the blame back on women and organisations can wash their hands of responsibilities on burnout. We want to hear about your experience in the workplace. This is an anonymous global survey and results from past years have helped make real changes in organisations. Join this amazing line-up for a discussion on why burnout is an inclusion issue!
Have you RSVP'd to our next event exploring why burnout is an inclusion issue❓ Nearly half the global workforce is grappling with burnout, which historically has been considered a consequence of long hours, a physically demanding job, or a high-stress environment. According to emerging data, burnout is also highly correlated with low feelings of inclusion. Our next D&I Insights event, sponsored by Gilbert + Tobin, will explore how a focus on workplace inclusion and flexibility can help protect against burnout. With an expert guest panel, we'll discuss how to integrate both inclusion and flexibility to support wellbeing and prevent burnout at work. Join DCA CEO Lisa Annese and our guest panel featuring: * Anna Sparkes (she/her), Chief People Officer, Gilbert + Tobin, * Dr John Chan, Ph.D. (he/him), Managing Director, Infinite Potential, * Dr Clinton Schultz, Director of First Nations Strategy and Partnerships, Black Dog Institute, and * April Lea (she/her), Founder, The Safe Space Collective. Don't miss out on this critical event for workplaces. RSVP now here. 👉https://ow.ly/tWOp50TYWV5 #WorkplaceInclusion #FlexWork #FlexibilityAtWork #InclusionMatters #WorkplaceWellbeing #WellbeingAtWork #InclusiveLeadership #HumanResources #BusinessAustralia #DiversityEquityInclusion

✨How well is work working for you right now?✨ One of the heartwarming pieces of feedback I hear time and again from people who have done this year's survey is how it's helped them reflect on their relationship with work right now. "Great questions, really helpful" "So interesting to reflect on work after the year I've had" "Really good questions, got me thinking" "Lots of food for thought, thank you" The survey is not an individual burnout diagnostic – but it is driving insights and 'aha' moments for a lot of people. Do the Infinite Potential survey now.
