🎉 APPRENTICE COMPLETION 🎉 An exciting way to kick off 2025, yesterday 7th January 2025 Gemma completed her apprenticeship!! Gemma started her apprenticeship journey with HGT in 2022 at Allegria Cafe, Deli and Pizza after moving to Perth from over east. In the 2nd year of her apprenticeship Gemma was ready for a change and started at the InterContinental Perth City Center were she had many different experiences through their restaurants Heno and Rey and Ascua along with breakfast service for the hotel guests. Gemma was the winner of our Margaret Johnson Quiet Achiever award last year and has worked very hard during her apprenticeship to get to where she is today and has been offered a full time position with InterContinental now that her apprenticeship has completed!
