A great start to the 5th Annual Future of Office Space Summit in Melbourne, diving into the latest trends shaping workplaces. From Vanessa Rader’s opening remarks to Tim Duggan international keynote, the morning was filled with valuable insights. The Office Leaders panel featuring Benjamin Martin-Henry, Micah Schulz, Sally Franklin, Fiona Denison, Stace Fishwick, and Pete Carstairs set the stage for some great discussions on what’s next in office spaces. From slab to roof sheet, we’re giving Warehouse 2, 56–88 Lisbon Street a major upgrade from the ground up. This 23,588sqm industrial space in Fairfield, NSW is also getting office and mezzanine updates, HVAC upgrades, a new lift, and more—ready for its next tenant. Early stage construction can uncover some interesting finds, and in this case, it was the Canberra Times from March 2, 1962, beneath the flooring of St. Anthony's Early Learning Centre (ACT). Our team are constructing a larger gym hall and canteen to cater for their growing needs. This was a little glimpse of the past as we shape their future.

For United Nations World Wildlife Day, we’re sharing how a little extra care can make a big difference. During our Sydney Water refurbishment project at Quakers Hill, our team checked a tree marked for removal and discovered tiny, feathered residents. We swung into action, working with ecologists to safely relocate them, and their home. Sustainability and commitment to ESG is broader than a smart refurb and creating a circular economy. It’s also about looking after the ecosystems we build in. Through partnering with experts, we delivered a successful project that considered the environment. #WWD2025 #WorldWildlifeDay

We’re excited to begin a new project with James Hardie this month. This project will be a true transformation, with an atrium and open-air walkway, break-out rooms, new facilities, lift and facade enhancements. Two EV chargers in the spotlight, with the other 66 just out of shot. We proudly completed this large rollout of EV chargers as part of a recent ACT Government project, helping drive sustainability and support their move towards higher Green Star ratings. Another step towards a greener city. 🌏
