Our team of over 2,900 staff and leaders design and operate sustainable travel for our Intrepid customers and other leading travel brands. Our flexible work policy allows our people to design their work weeks around what suits them best. Plus, everyone is offered the opportunity to work four weeks per year from anywhere. In addition to that, all permanent employees can take a free Intrepid trip per year, along with five days additional leave to go enjoy it, paired with generous discounts for friends and family.

In 2018 we became a certified B Corporation™, which means committed to operating in a sustainable way and creating benefit for all. We do this through our community-focused trips and our not-for-profit, the Intrepid Foundation, which has raised more than AUD$15.5 million for over 160 partners. Every employee has 20 volunteer hours per year to contribute to causes that are important to them.
