Today is World Mental Health Day~ This year’s focus is on the importance of making meaningful connections ❤️ Healthy and strong relationships can help improve our mental health by making us feel supported and less alone. If you want to learn how to make better connections or improve your mental health, come and talk to our lovely counsellors.

Invictus Health and @twogaycounsellors would love to invite everyone to share this post to those who are battling with social isolation. We want to provide a safe space for those who may be struggling to be able come down and meet others going through similar experiences. Let us know if you would like general meetings or specific groups for certain things like anxiety or depression or schizophrenia.
