Often reflecting the personality and style of those that occupy them, lounge areas should also act as the key space to kick back and relax. Portfolio Selection 012 ~ Positioned on the plateau overlooking Collaroy Beach sits 'Stella House', a classic rendition of beach-side architecture. With its hinterland views to the north and its ocean views to the east, the home fully embraces its locale and invites it in. Portfolio Selection 011 ~ Some recent work for AJP Constructions, featuring Surry Hills 2.0: First constructed in 1885, this Victorian terrace house boasts a new era for sustainable design within the inner-city suburb of Surry Hills. While the older sections of the home have been meticulously maintained and restored, the newer sections of the project add a contemporary insight into sustainable living. Portfolio Selection 010 ~ Excited to share some recently completed work for Kyra Thomas Architects, showcasing their recently completed 'St Neot Apartment'. Celebrating its Art Deco roots, the project aims to strip back all unnecessary details and additions. In turn, this allows the apartment to bask in its original glory, highlighting its generous proportions, bay windows and heritage detailing.
