You deem it 'hard' to make any type of change in your life yet you have been making changes, small changes, every day of your life. What does this mean to you?

There are so many ways to avoid burnout, I know, you know, we all know. But here's the kicker. Even though we know there are so many ways to avoid burnout, most often then not, the actual signs that the burnout process is in effect are overlooked. Not only do you not acknowledge, you try to avoid naming the signs as burnout and worse... you justify it. 'Ah, its only this one time.' 'Its only for this period'. 'Its only just until...' And you know what happens next. You only recognise and admin to yourself you are in burnout when you're already deep, deep, deep into it. So here's an invitation to start noticing, and start being truthful with yourself.
