Turn back the clock to February 1988. Mark Minarelli (pictured on the right) started his journey at KINCROME. Fast forward to today, and "Minna" is not only still building a legacy here, but also officially our longest-serving employee! For nearly four decades, Minna has seen it all – new tools, evolving technologies, and countless customer stories. After what has been a solid few months since its release, I thought now would be the perfect time to recap what was a tremendous task in designing, developing and testing the all-new KINCROME website. Recognising the need for an improved modern and efficient online presence, we set out to revamp our digital platform. The previous KINCROME website while having successfully served the business for several years, was due for a much-needed facelift. Understanding the importance of a user-friendly and dynamic website, we set out to create a refreshed site with our e-commerce platform provider Commerce Vision who were instrumental in bringing our vision to life. Incorporating feedback from both customers and internal stakeholders, we addressed the shortcomings of the previous website while introducing features aimed at enhancing data flow, simplifying ordering processes and administrative tasks for our valued customers. With a commitment to quality and longevity, we are confident that the revamped website will serve as a robust digital hub for our customers, end-users and staff well into the future.
