🎉 Congratulations to Women in Technology WA Inc. (WiTWA) and Techtrails STEM WA the incredible launch of #STEMpower! Our team had an inspiring day learning about how this new initiative will empower the next generation of women and girls to thrive in STEM. A highlight was listening to keynote speaker Dr. Catherine Ball via satellite. 🌏 Launching in early 2025, STEMpower will: 🔹 Provide a Resource Marketplace – centralising STEM tools, guides, and activities for educators, parents, and mentors. 🔹 Showcase 300+ STEM Careers – from AI and robotics to climate science, with guidance on pathways and career advice. 🔹 Connect with Role Models and Mentors – inspiring young women through real-life examples and support. 🔹 Offer Career Learning Modules – animated videos to explore emerging career fields and break down barriers. After an amazing #TechPlus Conference yesterday, we’re excited for the Tech Awards tonight. Here’s to breaking down barriers and building bright futures in the STEM community 💪 #STEMpower #TechTrails #WiTWA #WomenInSTEM #STEM

🌟 What an inspiring day at The Game Changer Awards! As proud WAITTA partners, we had the privilege of supporting this fantastic event and witnessing the next generation of STEM leaders in action. The energy and innovation were contagious—young people, especially so many young girls, showcased creative solutions to real-world challenges with impressive poise and maturity. 👏 A heartfelt thank you to all our dedicated KIT volunteers who walked the floor, ran activities and challenges, served on the judging panel and generally helped the students to shine: Andrew Haines, Jaabir ADEKUNLE-JIMOH, Sharnee Bizzotto, Christine Victor, Aerielle Quinto, Tara Gindein, Lara Rosenblum, Natalie Gregson, Darren Everett, Darin Gough, William Cleverly, Lucy Harding Williamson, Jessy S., Jason Thomas, Andrew Thomas (and anyone else we might've missed). Another thankyou to all The Game Changer Awards organisers, teachers, parents, and everyone who makes the event possible. We're already looking forward to seeing where these talented students will go next! 🌏💡 #STEM #Innovation #FutureTalent #ProudPartners

This was a pretty amazing experience! Last year Kevin Clark decided to produce a number of game cards based around ServiceNow personas. Since then he has tried to meet each one and give them their cards. Not only was I honoured to be selected to feature in the set but it was so much fun to have Kevin show me all the selfies he had got with this alumni! Amazing work, Sir!
Today was the annual #servicenow #WorldForumMelbourne conference in Melbourne. I love this opportunity to catch up with the community I’ve been part of for almost a decade. It was also an opportunity to meet up with one of the last people immortalised in my SN-App card game app, the indefatigable Dave Wright, to present him with his collectable card! I was also stoked to meet Kristy Merriam who is joining the amazing Dev Advocate team and all the other people in the ecosystem who provide fuel for the #servicenow rocket ship.

We had a blast absorbing all the insights from this year's ServiceNow #WorldForum 🚀 A special mention goes to Kevin Clark, who presented his highly-sought-after collectable cards to CIO Dave Wright and Developer Advocate Kristy Merriam. What a highlight! ⚡ We've compiled our 💡 key insights from the event for organisations focused on ServiceNow implementation. Here's what you need to know: 🔹 Rapid Transformation: Organisations are harnessing ServiceNow to cut service delivery times by automating workflows and integrating legacy systems. Speed is no longer a bonus—it’s a necessity to stay competitive. 🔹 AI as a Core Capability: No surprises here. #AI and #automation are central to modernising operations, from deploying predictive analytics to resolving service tickets autonomously. These capabilities enable businesses to proactively manage issues and scale support without adding headcount. 🔹 Elevating the #CX: The latest updates to the #NowPlatform bring new customisation features and smarter self-service options that allow organisations to deliver tailored support experiences, reducing friction across customer touchpoints. 🔹 Continuous Improvement: The ServiceNow community is a powerful resource for practical insights and shared solutions. We can all continuously refine our approach by applying best practices and lessons learnt from real-world implementation projects. #ServiceNowWorldForum #ServiceNow #DigitalTransformation
