We're building smart behavioural change tech for Clinicians, Consumers and Carers working through substance recovery journeys, with fast, adaptive, personalised support. We've put together some strong alliances to ensure this is targeting research translation at the point of need, particularly for regional, rural and remote communities, where substance addiction issues are having devastating impacts on community futures. Taking brief pause on a busy day to celebrate 20yrs since I founded Laughing Mind after finishing at SMS Management + Technology and taking a #Nepal trek as sabbatical. Been a long time since I stood at Everest Base Camp. It's been quite a journey, juggling demanding project delivery, raising a family, and taking on new stretch goals, including becoming an Atlassian Solution partner, juggling two Gold level entities at one point. In that time, the reinforcement of the value of remote work has really proven itself, allowing the opportunity to balance work + parenting with tools like #Confluence #Jira providing a steady pulse of work cadence. Too many clients in that time to thank for the opportunities to work together, spanning projects that included FirstNations Health; Digital Health; Property Management and Asset systems; MedTech; Accessible Cities; Micromobility; EV Sector events; Hackathons; Innovation Challenges; CleanTech and more.. Many projects have led to longer term friendships, which are cherished, forged through the adversity of project delivery and mutual growth. Incredibly grateful to all I've worked with in those years, including those who've supported my ventures (special thanks to Growthwise on that front) and others that I've grown ongoing collaborations with.
