    Over 20 years of collaboration between Ferran Adrià and Lavazza are showcased at the new elBulli1846 Museum. An area completely dedicated to coffee celebrates a union of worlds and values in constant evolution, which began in the 2000s with the creation of #CoffeeDesign together with our Training Center. Today, the collaboration continues in this cultural space that brings together expertise from around the world: it is an opportunity for us to share every single piece of knowledge about coffee, discovering its evolution in world cultures and continuous technological innovations.

As a coffee enthusiast and #LavazzaGroup veteran with 12 years of experience, he knows how to savor the perfect cup of Kafa coffee - one of the world's finest blends. Between each sip of coffee, Diego manages a team of four people and juggles around 60 suppliers like a pro. He is an excellent example of flexibility and determination, proving that any challenge can be conquered with the right mindset, especially when it comes to completing the source-to-settle food cycle.     We’re supporting the “Coffee Genetic Discovery” research led by Christophe Montagnon of RD2 Vision, an initiative set to help discover the genetic identity of coffee trees for 100 coffee growers, whose results will be presented during the International Coffee Convention on the 17th and 18th of October. The International Coffee Convention is aimed at all those involved in the coffee industry, including farmers, roasters, traders and professionals: this edition will delve deeper into the evolving facets of the coffee industry, from sustainability challenges and technological innovations to regulatory changes and health implications.
