PROJECT UPDATE | GreenX Metals Litigation Capital Management (LCM) is delighted to announce the recent arbitration award of approximately £252m in the case of GREENX METALS LIMITED (formerly Prairie Mining) v Poland under the Australia-Poland Bilateral Investment Treaty and the Energy Charter Treaty. The tribunal ruled in favour of GreenX Metals, LCM’s funded party. This decision demonstrates the important role of litigation funding in enabling claimants to secure a remedy in large international disputes. The award underlines LCM’s expertise in and commitment to funding strong claims in the mining sector. Congratulations to all people involved, especially the team at GreenX Metals Limited, Timothy L.
