The online media world can be challenging for both adults and children, exposing them to inappropriate content, cyberbullying, and various other risks ‼️ The introduction of Instagram "Teen Accounts" and the Prime Minister’s proposed legislation for a social media minimum age reflect an important step toward protecting children online. The South Australian report on social media’s impact on #mentalhealth underscores this need. Meta's "Teen Accounts" include built-in protections, limiting contact and content visibility, and requiring parental consent for changes. Combined, these initiatives provide a holistic approach to creating a safer digital environment for young users 📲 Read more on the recent announcement here ➡️ https://lnkd.in/edBm9stx

Inbox and email overwhelm is a reality, and we're more than willing to acknowledge and own it 👩🏼💻 We don’t rely on automation, except for the odd out-of-office auto-response. Every piece of correspondence gets a personal response from us ✍️ If you’ve left a comment, slipped into our DMs, or are awaiting a reply – we see you and truly appreciate your patience 👋 If something particularly important has slipped through the cracks, our apologies. Please feel free to give us a nudge or a friendly reminder. This week is a bit hectic, but rest assured, we’re working through it all ✅️ Why share this with you? Because we believe in honest and open communication – it’s crucial for every business. "And, as someone once told us, an update that you don't have an update is still an update." 💡
