How cheap are commodities vs equities?? You might have seen this kind of chart going back a few decades, but probably not 125 years.... Commodity specialists at Goehring & Rozencwajg have helpfully constructed this index going back to 1900. It shows that commodities have only been this cheap vs equities 4 times over that period, 1929, 1969, 1999, and most recently, beginning in 2020 So what happens then...? Lode June Report out today - no surprises. Busy period gearing up for drilling at Webbs Consol, now underway, and contemplating the implications of positive results at Uralla. We also secured a new tenement, in an area well known for its antimony prospectivity. Permit contains the Magwood antimony mine, formerly Australia's primary producer of the commodity. At last Lode is back drilling for silver at Webbs Consol with a highly targeted program following up previous hits as high as ~800g/t silver. Following great success in the south of the Project at Tangoa West we are now focussing in the north, testing for extensions of discovered lodes as well as some intriguing, untested surface silver occurences at targets such as Canoon Read.
