📣 Update 📣 New Zealand work trip with the wife and kids was a success! Trainer Assessor by day, tourist by evening/night. We managed a few days either side of the EEHA Course to do a bit of travelling and get to some pretty cool spots also. Busy times, lots of later evening assessment marking, but able to be done. Verdict - Travelling with children is tough work at times, but very rewarding. If you are able to tie it in with work - even better. Amelia and I even managed to remain married and Australian Customs even let us all back into the country.

‼️ Something a little different.... We have been somewhat quiet on the socials of late. Took some time off for family reasons, pre-EOFY, and are now back in full swing. This photo was taken after a recent 12 day EEHA training + inspection campaign for one of our clients in the oil and gas industry. I took the photo on drive out day, just after sunrise - the day a DIDO/FIFO workers height of jubilance is unrivaled. From one appealing landscape, to the next (although vastly different); we are heading back to the land of the long white cloud, Aotearoa 🇳🇿 to deliver another round of EEHA Installation and Maintenance training. Only this time, Mrs Smith and the 3 kids will be joining me on a working holiday. If you have any tips and tricks for travelling with 3 young children, comment below!
