Today marks a special day for Meaningful Movement as we celebrate our 5th birthday! It's been an incredible journey filled with growth, challenges, and achievements. None of this would've been possible without the trust and support of our clients, referrers and exercise physiologists! Thank you all for your hard work and commitment.
