We recently hosted our Annual Showcase as part of Melbourne Connect Innovation Week, bringing together students, alumni, sponsors, and stakeholders. The event kicked off with a warm welcome from our CPO, Mahsa N., and CEO, Sam Hoffmann, setting the stage for an inspiring evening. We were honoured to have Preetham A., founder of Akula Tech and a Melbourne Space Program alumnus, deliver the keynote address, sharing his remarkable journey. A big thanks to Sean O'Rourke from Altium® for his engaging presentation, and to Douglas Koech from LEAP Australia for his invaluable insights into the importance of student projects and learning LEAP software. We truly appreciate your support! Recently, we had the pleasure of participating in the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology (FEIT) Semester 1 Orientation Welcome Celebration held in Melbourne Connect. This week, our animatronics team delivered the first completed prototype of the animatronic velociraptor to former Head of Paediatrics at the Royal Children's Hospital and current Head of Melbourne Medical School, Prof Sarath Ranganathan.
