    🚀 The First-Ever DTP Mentoring Program—Wrapped! 🎉 Today, we joyfully marked the completion of the pilot Department of Transport and Planning Mentoring Program - a journey filled with learning, connection, and growth. Over the past six months, nearly 200 mentors/ mentees built strong networks, shared knowledge across disciplines, and strengthened inclusive, effective communication skills. At our final wrap-up event, we celebrated the incredible achievements of our participants and created a wealth of resources to support future mentoring and inclusive knowledge-sharing. And the best part..? We turned this opportunity into a knowledge-retention exercise for our critical technical fields and diversity priority cohorts.
