Excursion to MESHKI HQ 🤎 Recently, we hosted students from FBI and National Fashion College to tour our HQ as well as have the opportunity to hear from our staff. All students went through our formal MESHKI induction, and then had the chance to hear from MESHKI staff from various departments including Design, Social Media, PR, Operations and P&C. Students also had the opportunity to have 1:1 conversations where they got to ask questions on anything they were curious about and importantly seek career advice from the professionals who are doing their dream jobs! We look forward to hosting more excursions and strengthening our partnership with educational institutions within the fashion industry 👠

An important question 💛 With our work lives busier than ever, we took time today to reflect on and ask the important question R U OK? At both our HQ and Warehouse, we also took part in meditation sessions hosted by meditation teacher, Bianca Havukainen, and learnt the power of setting good and powerful intentions through the act of meditation. Here's to remembering to check in on those around us and ourselves not just today, but everyday 🌼

Company Headshots Day 📸 Recently we held a company wide headshots day where we brought in professional photographers and got our MESHKI team in front of the camera! We took a mix of individual and team photos, and let's just say there were lots of laughter & fun moments as we cheered each other on, especially for those of us who aren't used to being in front of the camera. If we may say so ourselves, how gorgeous are these photos?! What a fiiine looking team 😎

Defining our Culture Standards🚀 As MESHKI enters the next chapter, we’re defining our Culture Standards! Our workplace is about how we work, not just where we work 🌟 In true MESHKI fashion, we invited everyone to brainstorm our culture non-negotiables. Led by Shelley Johnson, we had an interactive session to reflect on the standards and behaviours we expect of ourselves and each other.
