[MITEK EXPERIENCE DAY] MITEK VIETNAM & HCMC UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY (HUTECH) 💙 On September 20, 2024, during an office tour at MiTek Vietnam, over 50 future engineers and professors from the Technical Department explored various aspects of timber engineering, job opportunities, and gained insights into working at our company. Throughout the visit, the students were thrilled to experience firsthand a modern working environment. They also had the chance to meet, interact with, and have most of their questions answered by members of our Recruitment Team and Leadership Team. MiTek Bonding Day 2024: Unforgettable Memories, Team Spirit, and Fun! MiTek Bonding Day 2024 was a remarkable event filled with fun, laughter, and unforgettable moments, showcasing one of the greatest traditions at MiTek Vietnam. Each trip had a special theme, allowing everyone to dress up for their own identity for the Gala Dinner and create a wonderful night together. This year, we experienced amazing topics: Tropical, Retro 70-80s, Tropical Island and Red Carpet.   "This trip was a blast, offering countless opportunities to bond with others. From dancing and creating a memorable 'No Nobody' clip to enjoying a spectacular gala dinner immersed in 70s and 80s vibes, adorned in our 'OMG' outfits, every moment was truly unforgettable", Minh Bui (RHB) shared. Reflecting on the bonding trip, Yen Le (NON-OPS) said, "The experience provided us with a much-needed break from work, allowing us to relax and recharge. Moreover, it was evident that the trip strengthened team bonds and cultivated a more friendly work environment through the various games organized during our time together." MiTek Vietnam's Festival Celebration Delights: Distributing Mooncakes for the Mid-Autumn Festival On August 27th, the MiTek Vietnam Trade Union organized a mooncake distribution for the Mid-Autumn Festival to bring joy, warmth, and solidarity to all company staff. MiTek Vietnam Trade Union presented over 2,000 mooncake sets as gifts for the Happy Full Moon Festival 2024. Each mooncake symbolized emotions, care, and the spirit of unity, showcasing the essence of the MiTek community—a large family always supporting and overcoming challenges together. The event was filled with laughter and good wishes, creating a warm, memorable, and cohesive moment for everyone involved. This annual event exemplifies MiTek's commitment to caring for and appreciating the well-being of its employees. "We always value and recognize employees' contributions, aiming to provide the highest moral support for each member," shared Thong Nguyen, President of the MiTek Vietnam Trade Union.
