Through our strong partnership with Enduraclad International, we tailored an effective wear package to meet our client's specific requirements. Overcoming the challenge of missing liner drawings, we utilized 3D scanning technology to scan the entire tray and develop a precise new set of liner drawings. #Engineering #Innovation #Partnership

Today marks another milestone for the crew up in the Kimberleys with first panel of sound proofing being installed. These panels are pre-assembled on the ground and lifted with a specialised lifting mechanism in one piece. Our crew meticulously conducts a dual lift to position the panel vertically and then install.

And just like that the Main building is complete, all complete in under 2 weeks! Well done to the site crew who absolutely smashed the first stage of the installation. Credit to the workshop as well with every hole lining up perfectly.

We are underway! The site crew started erecting steel on-site yesterday. These columns are over 18m tall and weigh 3T each. Here we have Site Supervisor Jack in the boom landing the first column

Morton Engineering has been busy, with another project delivered and a happy client. All steelwork fabricated to a high standard and a quality paint finish.

Our crew and steelwork are on their way to Kununurra WA, where we are erecting the region's first Cotton Gin. This project has been in the workshop for the past 6 months and now moves onto the site aspect. Over 30 trailer loads of materials will be heading to the site.

Morton Engineering recently successfully delivered this Ball Mill Trommel Cover for one of our long-standing clients. The team worked hard through the Christmas break to exceed the customer's delivery expectations.
