Your Role: As our Operations Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving our operational success. Your responsibilities will include: > Scheduling Transport/Warehousing > Leading daily operations: driver allocations, order picking, packing, dispatching, and container management > Receiving orders and planning transportation schedules > Loading/Unloading Trailers as needed > Ensuring top-notch customer service and follow-up > Monitoring compliance with OH&S and Fatigue Management requirements > Facilitating inbound/outbound freight and overseeing Victoria operations > Conducting run analyses and managing driver performance > Implementing operational changes to enhance service levels > Managing linehaul sub-contractor providers > Ensuring safe and quality transport of goods > Maintaining business records and preparing operational reports > Coordinating truck activities and compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) > Developing KPIs and daily strategies with team members Working Hours: 7am to 5pm (flexibility required) Location: Brooklyn, VIC Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Strong computer skills (Windows applications, scanning) Experience in the Transport Industry Forklift Licence / LF required Why MRL Global?
