Day dreaming, visioning, pondering, self-reflection - call it what you want. All I know is admiring Pilbara sunsets and looking out of plane windows trigger the mind in wonderful ways. #NASolutions

It’s amazing how being in the Pilbara brings back so many great memories for me. It’s views like this - crystal blue skys, clouds rolling in over the Pilbara hills and red earth that convinced me to dig holes for a living. #NASolutions

We believe in paying it forward and supporting aspiring mining industry professionals navigate their careers. We have a passion for people and passion to ensure our mining industry continues to be people centric and focused towards developing good people who hold safety (physical and physiological) and their own progress as personal values. With this in mind, we are offering free 60 min career advice sessions to the first 10 people in the mining industry who drop me a message. Topics we can help with include: When is it time to move to a new role? Do I have enough experience to apply for this role? I'm not connecting with my leader or team, what should I do? I’m new to leadership, how do I know if I’m doing well? Or the age-old interview preparation for the new job.

Great fun sharing some thoughts today at the 3rd Digital Mines conference. Shared some thoughts on a panel discussing mining automation and first time facilitating a round table. With my choice of quote of the day being ‘Humans can do some stupid things’ coming from the round table discussion. Also, great to share the stage with another Double-A-Ron Aaron Cha NASolutions
