So , here's our first independent review!! Thanks to Nick Whiteway for the suggestion to send some product over to Andrew Graham to have a look at. Extra special thanks to Rebecca Willson and Bremerton Wines for the base red wine (it's merlot - but REALLY good merlot!!) and Tom Keelan for the Dirty Dry base (Pawn Fiano this time but will be Bremerton Verdelho going forward). We see our base wine as the cake that we then add the icing and sprinkles to, super important and the rest is meaningless without that substantive backbone to what we are making. Also, to the legends Something Wild Australia for the native botanicals, we feel an Australian Vermouth should have natives as part of the botanical mix. We further believe that when buying these ingredients, it is SUPER important to buy them from an Indigenous owned business, for so many reasons that are too long to list in this post. Huge congratulations to the team at Bremerton Wines for their amazing results at the Langhorne Creek wine show. We are very happy to be working with the team there to make the base wine for our Vermouth. Quality starts right at the beginning and there are no short cuts!

Last but certainly not least, is our Dirty Dry. Proving to be the most polarising of the range it is really a one of a kind. A savoury herbaceous Dry Vermouth it does wonders in a Martini but we like to think that it really shines (for those who love it) on it's own with a big chunk of block ice before you sit down for a meal.
