NCS Australia's team has been focused on supporting Australians with their mental health this month in support of Black Dog Institute's One Foot Forward initiative 🏃♀️🚴♂️💪 Our team are delighted to be involved in this important cause 🎉 Nationally, our team members have raised over $13,000 and exercised over 4,800km, with Kayla Sandford raising over $5,000 and Jane Spurrs $4,000 individually, which is an incredible effort! 🌟🏆 NCS Australia will contribute $4,000 to the fundraising effort as well 👏 Here are Kayla's and Jane's perspectives about why mental health matters ⬇ "Mental health issues don't discriminate, shares Kayla Sandford. "We will all be affected by it in our lives at some point, whether directly or via a loved one. It is important to raise awareness and funds to help everyone when it does, as appropriate prevention and support is key in ensuring better mental health outcomes for all." “I love that NCS is working hard to drive a strong sense of organisational belonging through these initiatives and I want to make sure I am helping where I can and supporting through my actions," says Jane Spurrs (pictured with her daughter). "Raising awareness and having open conversations about mental health is really important.” We are proud of our team and everyone's efforts 🚀 #mentalhealth #employees #perspectives #NCSAustralia
