Nearly three years ago, our Good Friday Appeal ambassador Imogen was diagnosed with leukemia at just eight years of age. This week, at The Royal Children's Hospital, she got to ring the bell to celebrate being cancer-free 🥰

A triple treat 🧁🧁🧁 North Melbourne's Erika O'Shea, Ruby Tripodi and Sarah Wright have all agreed to wear the royal blue and white until at least the end of the 2026 AFL Women's season.

"We'll do it the way we always have – 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲, 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫. "That's how we paid off historic debt, built a facility, and are now planning for our future – all while fully funding our football department and the quest for silverware." Club president Dr Sonja Hood AM writes to North Melbourne members and fans, following an agreement to take two home games to Western Australia from 2025.

North Melbourne has secured its post-Tasmania future, having finalised an agreement to play two home matches in Western Australia from 2025. From 2026, the club will return two home matches to its Melbourne heartland, giving members and supporters the opportunity to attend nine home matches at Marvel Stadium.

The North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos have five representatives in the this year's AFLW All-Australian squad. Jasmine Garner, Ash Riddell and Kate Shierlaw are joined in the squad by first-time nominees Sarah Wright and Alice O'Loughlin ⭐️

North Melbourne is pleased to welcome Stomping Ground Brewing Co. as its Official Beer Partner. Stomping Ground's beverages will be showcased at some of the club's major events, including the iconic North Melbourne Grand Final Breakfast, the Syd Barker Medal and AFLW Club Champion award nights, and AFLW matches at Arden Street Oval. Stomping Ground will also be the club's Official Partner for AFLW Pride Round in 2025 as part of its 'Giving Ground' program, which supports a range of social causes, including LGBTQIA+ inclusion.

To celebrate Saturday's home Indigenous Round game against Gold Coast, we held a special screening of Like My Brother, an up-close portrayal of the lives of four Indigenous Australian women from the Tiwi Islands, their pursuit to play in the AFLW and the social and physical challenges they faced. Following Friday's Captain's Run, players, coaches and staff gathered to watch, and tucked into afternoon tea provided by Mabu Mabu 🧁 Thanks to Mushroom Group for making it possible.
