As we bid farewell to 2023, we would like to thank all our clients, subcontractors, and our dependable team for being part of another massive year for Northerly. It’s been incredibly gratifying to work on such a broad range of exciting projects – from entertainment venue fit-outs such as Flight Club Australia, to carbon neutral apartments like OP Properties Pty Ltd - Montreal Commons; resort-style living opportunities for over 55’s at Altum in Scarborough North, and innovative disability solutions for Rocky Bay residents in conjunction with SHIFT Accessible Homes. Not to forget the stunning design challenges of new commercial offices at 320 Rokeby Road and the luxurious Applecross Residence, named ‘2023 Home of the Year’ by Master Builders Association of Western Australia. Most importantly, each project reflected our mantra of ‘Creating Positive’ - to make a real difference to people’s lives through the beautiful spaces and buildings we create.
