The Village launched their inaugural event ‘Finding my Village’, bringing together over 100 clients, media partners and agencies. The session kicked off with a keynote from Dr Norman Swan on the powerful role a village plays in raising a child and the profound impact community and experiences have on children. Our Co-CEO Laura Nice was joined by Clare Tsubono, and Matthew Knopp for a panel discussion moderated by Natalie Harvey where they shared honest and funny stories of parenting, whilst working in their respective media and marketing leadership roles. The panel also shared personal experiences, the importance of communication and showing up with vulnerability, along with how a community can support you throughout your sometimes lonely parenting journey.
