If I could switch roles with anyone in the company for a day, I would choose to be the Lead Manager or Business Development Manager 📂 . I’m eager to learn more about their strategies for finding clients and bringing them onboard 🖇 . Understanding this aspect of the business would give me valuable insights into how we grow our client base and strengthen our market presence. Additionally, I'm interested in applying these strategies to my own business in computer repair services and retail. Gaining this knowledge would also help me enhance and grow my personal business ventures. Favourite thing to do outside of Work? My favorite things to do outside of work are playing 🏀 basketball and computer games 🕹 . Both activities help me unwind and keep a good balance between physical and mental exercise. Anyone from our recruitment team. I believe it would be quite fulfilling helping others find their ideal role. I imagine you would feel some sort of buzz 🐝 when successfully placing an applicant 🙌🏻 . It would be an interesting and different perspective, they have the opportunity to connect with the candidates, whereas, in my current role I connect with the clients. Favourite thing to do outside of Work? My favourite thing to do outside of work is to socialise with mates. It doesn't matter if we're catching up at a bar, meeting at the gym 💪🏻 , or watching the footy ⚽ . One tip for a company thinking about Outsourcing? Start off with outsourcing the repetitive tasks that consume a lot of your time. Some great examples would be data entry , managing emails 📩 , or processing documents 🗂 . I’d love to dive into the code 🔡 and see how our platforms are built and maintained—plus, it would give me a fresh perspective on how we can continue to innovate and improve our digital solutions.     Favourite thing to do outside of Work? - Exploring the great outdoors 🌄 is my go-to. Whether it’s beach 🏖 trips, a good walk around the city, or simply enjoying a quiet moment at home—nature and relaxation always have a way of refreshing the mind.     One tip for a company thinking about Outsourcing? - Choose a partner that values transparency and communication 📣 as much as you do.
