  • This month we’re proud to celebrate 17 incredible years with one of our long-standing team members at Edmen Community Staffing Solutions, Joanna Farley. As our Healthcare & Community Divisional Accountant, Jo has been a consistent and valued part of the team - supporting Edmen through its impressive growth, joining the PeopleIN family and everything in between. When asked what she values most about her time here, she put it simply: “It’s the great people and support that keeps you here.” It’s a sentiment we hear often - and one we wholeheartedly share. Jo, thank you for your dedication, expertise and the steady impact you’ve made across the years. We’re so grateful to have you as part of the Edmen and PeopleIN. Congratulations on this incredible milestone!

Over 9,000 people in Queensland experience homelessness on any given night.   It’s a growing crisis - one that demands attention and action.    As part of our ongoing International Women’s Day conversations, we supported Coffee Brigade, a Brisbane-based charity that has spent over 54 years providing warm meals, coffee and direct assistance to people experiencing homelessness and disadvantage - basic necessities many of us often take for granted.    Their support helps recipients build trust and confidence, enabling them to access housing, healthcare and other essential services across Brisbane.   We were honoured to hear from Billie Murphy, General Manager of Coffee Brigade, who shared powerful insights into the realities of homelessness in our community. Her words were a stark reminder that support, advocacy and action must extend beyond a single day.   We’re committed to keeping this conversation going and supporting initiatives like Coffee Brigade to ensure more people feel seen, supported and cared for - one meal, one conversation and one act of kindness at a time.   If you would like to join us in donating, you can do so below!  💜 https://lnkd.in/gDBQ4z4W

  • International Women’s Day isn’t just a date on the calendar - it’s a powerful reminder that progress happens because of the women who lead, challenge and break barriers every day.   This year PeopleIN is marking IWD 2025 by shining a light on the incredible women who inspire us - professionally and personally. We invited our team to share stories and photos of the women who have made a difference in their lives, from colleagues and mentors to friends and family.   Because recognition matters. And when we share these stories, we amplify the voices of the women who shape our workplaces, industries and communities.   Here’s to the women who inspire, lead and make a difference - today and every day. This week Regional Workforce Management (RWM), part of the PeopleIN, welcomed Hon. Patrick Nisira Vice President and Minister for Commerce, Trade, Industry and Economic Development and Mr. Alex Kerangpuna Secretary of the Department of Commerce, Trade and Economic Development from the Autonomous Region of Bougainville to our office. The visit provided a valuable opportunity to discuss the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) scheme and its role in driving economic growth, workforce development and regional connections. As a trusted and approved PALM Scheme provider, RWM remains strongly committed to working closely with partner countries to create meaningful employment pathways that benefit both home communities and Australian businesses. PeopleIN looks forward to supporting these ongoing conversations and strengthening partnerships that create opportunities for workers, industries and communities across Australia and Bougainville. #PALMScheme #WorkforceDevelopment #RegionalPartnerships #PeopleIN #RegionalWorkforceManagement Brad Seagrott Thomas Reardon
