Whilst I am super envious of all those going to #pharmacyconnect this year, I wanted to shed some light on some messages and feedback I have received recently from Pharmacy Interns preparing for the #APC and #AHPRA exams coming this October! Many have come to me @ "PharmacyDownUnder" asking me one of the following questions!: 1) Should I start prepping? 2) Do you know how to prep? 3) How to you isolate your weak points? 4) How do I organise time with my preceptor to do mock exams? If you are also asking the SAME questions, then you must get in touch with me as soon as you can, as time is only creeping forwards, and your opportunity for success will shrink the more you DELAY! Here’s something I’ve learned: Being "good enough" isn’t about having all the answers or never making mistakes. It’s about showing up every day, staying curious, and committing to continuous learning. Every professional—no matter how experienced—has faced moments of self-doubt. The key difference is that they kept going, even when it was tough. Those moments when we feel most challenged are often the ones that lead to the greatest growth. Each mistake isn’t a failure; it’s a step forward, a chance to learn and improve. So when that voice in your head starts questioning your abilities, remember: 1️⃣ You’re already on the path to being great. 2️⃣ Progress, not perfection, is what matters. Keep moving forward, one step at a time, and trust that you’re exactly where you need to be in your journey.
