🎉 Celebrating 15 incredible years with Adnaan at Physio Inq! 🎉 Since joining our team in 2010, Adnaan has been an integral part of Physio Inq. We asked him to share a few reflections on his journey with us. 💬 What do you love most about Physio Inq? "I love that it's a great place to work, with awesome staff and managers who care about your well-being. I’ve never held an office job, and I never would want to. Having the autonomy, support, and flexibility to work in this field, set my own hours, and enjoy the work-life balance is what keeps me going." 💬 When did you start Physio Inq, and what was your role? "I started in 2010 after being recommended for a role. I started as an EP, working in the work cover space with clients from Penrith, Glenmore Park, and St Clair. The work became easy, the travel was simple, all the staff were great, the inservices and education was excellent, and the social aspect was great." 💬 How has Physio Inq assisted your development as a therapist? "Before joining Physio Inq, I worked in strength and conditioning and work cover rehab, but the approach was very ‘one-size-fits-all’. At Physio Inq, I learned so much more about MSK rehab and adopted a more holistic, client-centered approach. It became less about stats and more about the client, which is how it should be." 💬 How would you describe Physio Inq as a company? "Inspiring! Seeing where Jono and Irene have taken the company over the years, along with the present-day treatment we provide and the lives we impact, it is nothing short of inspiring. I’m so grateful that they hired me all those years ago." 💬 What advice do you have for a therapist starting their allied health career? "Come on board, you won’t be disappointed! You can try all the other options out there, but once you start with PINQ, you won’t want to go anywhere else." Here’s to 15 years of dedication, growth, and making a difference in the lives of our clients! Thank you, Adnaan, for everything you bring to the team. We can’t wait for many more years ahead! 🎉 #15YearsStrong #AnniversaryCelebration #EmployeeAppreciation #PhysioInqFamily #PhysioInq #physiotherapy
