We are thrilled to welcome our latest PCOA Business Partner, #TheStarBrisbane. Since commencing its multi-staged phased opening in late August 2024, The Star Brisbane has opened an array of new cultural, culinary and entertainment hotspots that have captivated the imaginations of locals and tourists alike, as the impressive resort stands tall as a masterwork nearly a decade in the making and the centrepiece of Brisbane’s $3.6 billion Queen’s Wharf precinct. Success doesn't wait for change - success means being part of change. Although women have shattered barriers, reshaped policies, and ignited powerful movements across the globe, millions of women and girls still confront systemic inequalities, and economic disparities that prevent them from actualising their full potential. Tackling these issues requires continued focus on policy reforms, social awareness, and cultural shifts. At every level, we can: 🙌 Build confidence and competence - support change. 🙌 Champion others - tell the world. 🙌 Share the wins for all to hear. International Women’s Day 2025 not only celebrates the incredible women who make a difference every single day, it offers a powerful moment to turn advocacy into action. Whether you resonate with the call to “March Forward” or feel the urgency to “Accelerate Action,” the key is to actively engage in the fight for gender equality. Together, we can create a future where gender equality isn’t just a #vision—it’s a #reality. It's more than a day (IWD on 8 March), it's each and every day - every conversation. It is what we can do to drive #success. What are you doing? Don't just think it, DO IT! #PCOA #AccelerateAction #MarchForward #equity #genderequality #womenintheworkforce #women #change4good #unwomen #iwd2025
