According to the latest Closing Women's Health Gap report from World Economic Forum & McKinsey Health Institute: - Addressing the women’s health gap could potentially boost the global economy by at least $1 trillion annually by 2040. - Women spend 25% more of the lives in debilitating health. No geographic region or age group is unaffected. Recommended five-pronged action across multi-stakeholders: 1. Invest in women's centric research. 2. Systematically collect sex and gender specific research data. 3. Increase access to women-specific care in all areas from prevention to treatment. 4. Create incentives for investment in women's health innovation. 5. Implement policies supporting women's health.
