We are pleased to announce the successful completion of our Share Purchase Plan (SPP), which closed on 4 September 2024. The SPP offered Eligible Shareholders the opportunity to purchase up to A$30,000 of New Shares at A$0.10 per share, without incurring brokerage or transaction fees, mirroring the terms of our recent A$8 million capital raising with institutional and sophisticated investors. The SPP has raised A$1.12 million from the issue of 11.23 million New Shares. Prospect Resources has achieved major strides at our Mumbezhi Copper Project, with Phase 1 diamond drilling delivering wide, high-tenor copper intersections, extending the mineralisation at the key Nyungu Central deposit. 🌟 Well-Supported Equity Raising to Advance Mumbezhi Copper Project 🌟   We are pleased announce that we have secured approximately A$8 million through a well-supported placement of 80 million new ordinary shares at A$0.10 each. This includes a significant contribution of A$1.57 million from our long-term substantial shareholder, Eagle Eye.   Additionally, we are launching a non-underwritten Share Purchase Plan (SPP) at the same price, aiming to raise another A$2 million. This provides all eligible shareholders with a unique opportunity to participate. Combined, the Placement and SPP could raise up to A$10 million.   Highlights: - Strong support from new and existing institutional and sophisticated investors. - Funds to accelerate exploration and development at the highly prospective Mumbezhi Copper Project. - Expected cash balance of approx.
