We know from our partnership with James Cook University for the QCoal Foundation Scholarship that regional Queensland is home to so many brilliant young people with the potential to drive meaningful change in their communities. This is why we continue to support their development through a $30,000 scholarship awarded annually. To further empower outstanding young people in regional Queensland, we encourage them to explore additional opportunities like VFFF and FRRR's Backing the Future program. If you know an exceptional young person, why not encourage them to apply? You can learn more about this program here: https://buff.ly/40zts4g

Congratulations to our program partner, the Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia, for once again being named Australia’s Most Reputable Charity in the 2024 Charity RepTrak™ rankings. This remarkable achievement reflects the RFDS’s unwavering dedication to delivering essential healthcare to rural and remote communities across Australia. At QCoal Foundation, we are proud to support the RFDS through impactful initiatives such as the RFDS Aeromedical Training Academy and the RFDS Dental Service, ensuring greater access to critical medical care for those who need it most. We commend the entire RFDS team for their outstanding commitment to keeping Australians safe and well—wherever they live.
We are humbled and deeply grateful to share that the Royal Flying Doctor Service has been named Australia’s Most Reputable Charity by The RepTrak Company for the 13th year out of the study’s 14 years. This recognition is a testament to the trust Australians place in us and the incredible efforts of our dedicated teams, volunteers, partners, and supporters. From our pilots and medical staff to the community members who light dirt airstrips and fundraise tirelessly, this honour belongs to all who help us deliver vital healthcare to rural and remote communities. We are proud to serve, but even prouder to be trusted by the people who rely on us. Thank you, Australia, for your continued support and belief in the Royal Flying Doctor Service 📖Read more about this achievement here: https://lnkd.in/gEncx-ba
