Meet Kim, our Member Experience Coordinator 👋 Kimberly Mehta was led to this role for the direct impact it has on the experience of our members. Day-to-day, Kim monitors every interaction our members have at RAA – from how easy it is to access the information they need, the quality of service they receive and how valued they feel at the end of each interaction. It truly is an important role. Shout-out to our entire membership team, led by Theresa Paris for your work to ensure our members are ALWAYS looked after. Thanks for sharing your day with us, Kim! Michael Healy, Yvette French #Membership #MemberExperience #SouthAustralia VD: Multiple clips of Kimberley walking her dog, getting ready in-front of a mirror, working at a desk, walking with a group of team members, team members in a function room and accepting an award. Text on screen reads: 'Come to work as a Member Experience Coordinator'.

About us
We’re proud to be one of South Australia’s most iconic brands, trusted by members for more than 120 years. SA born-and-bred, RAA might be best known for our road service and insurance products, but we’re excited to be continuously diversifying to better help our members and community. Our goal? We’re also one of the state’s largest employers, with more than 1300 employees working across our local sites at Mile End, RAA Place (CBD) and Adelaide Airport and our many retail and travel shops. RAA Charge is expanding! 👏 Having delivered more than 530 plugs at 140 EV charging sites across South Australia, we’re now growing our statewide network under a new ‘partner owned/RAA operated’ model. The first site is already under construction at the South Australian Produce Market Limited – with five new 7kW chargers being installed this month, just in time for Christmas trading. We’re so proud to be supporting SA businesses looking to offer EV charging services for their customers and clients. If you’re thinking of transitioning your fleet or installing EV chargers at your premise, drop us a DM. We’d love to work with you on a tailored solution. Last week, we caught up with some of our members who’ve been with us for over 50 years at our Regional Roadshows in Berri, Angaston and Gawler 🙌 Our Regional Roadshows are an important opportunity for us to show our appreciation to our longstanding members. CEO Nick Reade and Chairman Kathy Gramp presented what’s to come for RAA, while thanking our loyal members for coming along on the ride with us, followed by a road rules refresher from our incredible Community Education Presenter, Tony Ey. Concluding each event was our popular Q&A session with Nick and Kathy, alongside General Manager Community & Corporate Affairs Emily Perry and Senior Manager Safety & Infrastructure Charles Mountain. A big shout-out to our incredible events team Andrew Petersen and Emma Miller for the smooth running of each event, and a special thank-you to some of our experts for showcasing our diverse range of products and services. Our Snowtown RAA Charge site has been recognised as the best EV charging station in AUSTRALIA by the Australian Electric Vehicle Association (AEVA) 🎉 Our 200kW ultra-rapid charging site at Perry’s Roadhouse on the Augusta Highway was selected for its high-level amenities including undercover shelter, good lighting, priority bays for drivers with a disability, a pull-through bay for EVs towing trailers and caravans, and a 7kW back-up charger. We’re feeling incredibly proud of our RAA Charge team, led by Ben Owen, Andrew Howard and Anita Saunders, for setting the gold-standard for charging sites nationally. A shout-out to our project partners at the Department for Energy and Mining, South Australia, SA Power Networks, Chargefox, Kempower and JET Charge for sharing our vision of advocating for reliable, well-serviced and accessible charging sites. We’re feeling pretty chuffed – well done team! Nick Reade, Alice Davies, Simone Mazengarb #RAACharge #EVCharging #ElectricVehicles

South Australia, we hear you! We know most households are paying more than they should for electricity. That’s why we’ve launched RAA Energy. A trusted, fair and transparent energy plan - that's refreshingly different. For a monthly subscription fee, you'll get access to electricity rates without the markup, plus a heap of other energy cost saving benefits like a free smart meter, personalised monthly energy insights, a free solar assessment or solar health check for existing systems! Unlike some others, we don’t profit from the amount of energy you use. Our subscription fee is what we earn to keep your lights on, and ours. Our goal is to help you save on your electricity bill. Signing up is easy and takes less than 5 minutes online. There’s no need to talk to your retailer. We handle the rest. There are limited spots in our first round of sign-ups so get in quick: raa.com.au/energy Disclaimer: Monthly fee, T & Cs apply. RAA Energy is a trading name of the licensed energy retailer Energy Locals Pty Ltd, ACN 606 408 879.
