WICCGD - Women in Construction Charity Golf Day 2024 - A Huge Success! ⛳ Redpath Partners was excited to celebrate the success of the 3rd Annual Women in Construction Charity Golf Day (WICCGD), hosted and brilliantly organised by our Principal Consultant, Kelly McLean Kelly’s vision and dedication have once again brought together women from across the construction industry for a day of connection, inclusivity, and fundraising. This year, we are proud to have raised $10,500 for two remarkable female-led charities: 💜 Women's Safety Services SA 💜 The Zahra Foundation Australia The day saw 56 women stepping out of their comfort zones, many playing golf for the first time, alongside 13 male allies who joined our Inclusivity Challenge, showcasing the importance of collaboration and support within our industry. This September marks the one-year anniversary of Redpath Partners in New Zealand, as well as my first year with the business.   The impact a single year can have on a business along with one’s professional growth is truly remarkable. On Thursday 29th August, the Women in Property Sydney Committee hosted our first 'INSPIRED BY' event series at Flex by ISPT Collider located within Sydney’s Tech Central. On the night we welcomed 180 guests from across the industry to hear from our wonderful panel including Warwick Dowler from Barings Real Estate, Charlotte Brabant from Realterm, Erin Doyle from Marr Contracting and Kimberley Jackson from Create Advisory, expertly moderated by Rhian Davies. They were open and generous with sharing their experiences and provided a great reminder for how impactful strong, inclusive leadership can be.
