RAS Restructures as Exciting Evolution Continues. Risk Advisory Services has announced an exciting restructure within the business to coincide with the new financial year. It’s the second major step in the evolution of the company since Tony Cope moved up to Chairman and Irene Sinclair stepped into the CEO role just over a year ago. This latest restructure is all about succession planning as the business continues to grow and thrive. “I am pleased to announce the appointment of two new managers to lead our teams in the coming years. David Cunneen and Josef Radinja will assume new roles as Principal Consultants with effect from the 1st of July, 2024, replacing Gordon Young and Steve Owen in their management roles,” said RAS CEO, Irene Sinclair. “This restructure will allow the founding partners to step away from the day-to-day management of the business. Thus freeing them up to concentrate on the broader direction of the company, as a board, and spending more time with key customers. I will now take on greater responsibility for the general management of business, reporting to the board each quarter.” RAS Chairman, Tony Cope, welcomed the new appointments and is excited about the future, stating “As the founding RAS partners, Gordon, Steve and I, will continue as Board Directors while also working on key accounts within this new structure with a focus on mentoring all our team members as best we can. I’m thrilled for Dave and Josef on their well-deserved promotions and I’m certain that under Irene’s leadership, RAS will continue to bring our clients the fierce, independent advocacy they need in all areas of insurance and risk.”
