Our team in Brisbane is feeling empowered and connected to people and causes at the Volunteering Queensland Conference, yesterday was an interesting day listening to inspiring leaders in the Volunteering space Andy Gourley, Nathan Hulls, David Joungkuch and Parris Smith your talks about youth engagement, attracting volunteers, and empowering the next generation were truly interesting and inspiring. Andy Gourley, your words resonated so much with us "You can do anything you would like in life if you involved people" it reminded us that making impact starts with small acts of kindness and bringing people together is at the core or making the difference, you are one impressive, inspirational person. Closing the day by listening to the fantastic "Absolutely Everybody Choir" from Upbeat Arts, a nonprofit that delivers group-oriented recovery programs to help build confidence and self-esteem was blissful. As our Co-founder Shannan Gove said when closing the event yesterday, the choir put a smile on our faces, made us feel uplifted, and connected. Thanks to everyone we have met for the incredible conversations. We look forward to connecting with more of you today. We're delighted to be at the Volunteering Queensland Conference, connecting with organisations that are making a real impact! A special shoutout to our Co-founder, Shannan Gove, who presented on "Lessons Learned from Working with the World’s Leading Volunteering Programs and What the Future Holds". It's inspiring to be part of an industry that is truly shaping the future of volunteerism. A key takeaway from our conversations here: Engaging the Generation Z is crucial. It's about nurturing, celebrating, and creating meaningful connections with all volunteers. We're excited to be having dynamic discussions about how volunteer organisations can automate their volunteer journeys to better engage, recognise, and empower their teams. Looking forward to more impactful conversations and innovations ahead. Digital Transformation in the Fundraising and Volunteer space is fast tracking innovation and better experiences. That's one of the key takeaways from the #ELEVATE 2025 event in London yesterday. Martin O'Neill and Sam Bennett were delighted to be joined by Jacqui Gavin from WaterAid as she gave an insightful talk on the impact engaged volunteers have on fundraising potential. Jacqui is well experienced in the sector and delivered the talk to packed room of attendees - Jacqui even spent some time on our stand speaking to attendees interested in what Rosterfy has to offer! Thank you Civil Society Media Ltd for putting on a great event and Carys Pugh for your work with the sponsors. #Fundraising #Volunteering #DigitalTransformation
