Earlier this month RUC Cementation Indonesia (PTRUCCI) hosted the quarterly PTFI HR Forum XXIII. The PTFI HR Forum was established in order to continue building sustainable relationships, improving communications and optimising collaboration between PTFI and our Contractor Partner's HR Departments. This quarter's PTFI HR Forum was attended by PTFI Vice President of Manpower Management, Mr. McArthur Hutapea, PTFI Technical Adviser – Internal Manpower Stakeholders, Mr. Iyas Kusnadi, and PTFI Contract Responsible Person (CRP) for PTRUCCI, Mr. Sulaeman Simamora. Robert Pettit (Associate Director International Operation of RUC Mining) welcomed our guests by sharing the importance of sustainability within the Human Resources' development process. Where he was later quoted by Mr. Iyas Kusnadi, providing the number of PTFI Engineers which are currently working abroad in international mining companies as expatriate workers. Different from previous events, RUC Cementation Indonesia (PTRUCCI) brought HR Practitioner from Jakarta, Mr. Dwi Ahad Wahyudi, SE., MA, to discuss “Developing Agile Competence in Practice”. In March, it was announced that Redpath (Australia) Holdings Pty Ltd (Redpath), a wholly owned subsidiary of REDPATH MINING Inc., had signed a share purchase agreement to acquire RUC Mining Contractors Pty Ltd (RUC). We are pleased to share that this acquisition has received regulatory approval, and RUC has now formally joined the Redpath business. 🤝   We are taking a phased approached to this integration, and Redpath and RUC are committed to ensuring there is no disruption to project operations as we transition towards operating as one business.   Combining the strengths of the two businesses will streamline how we service customers, enhance our service offering, and provide more opportunities for employees so that we attract, develop and retain the industry’s best talent.   As always, safety remains our number one priority as we work through the integration process.
